Youngest Learners

Ages 6 Weeks to 2 1/2 Years

 

 

We provide an opportunity for infants and toddlers to explore and learn.

 

Our highly trained and nurturing teachers make our infant program the best in Madison! Bee Balm Learning Center's professional staff members provide written and verbal communication daily, as well as conduct parent/teacher conferences twice per year.

 

Each classroom provides age-appropriate activities based on the Creative Curriculum in:

 

• Early Literacy

• Communication Development

• Sensory/Art Activities

• Small and Large Motor Skills

• Sign Language

• Dramatic and Discovery Play

• Beginning Social Skills

• Exploration

• Music and Movement

• Social and Emotional Development

 

Our nursery school has a beautiful, large, age-appropriate, private playground complete with swings, climbers and walking path. We have lots of space for our little ones to enjoy, including an indoor gym.

 

All children enrolled in Bee Balm Learning Center, including infants, are eligible for meals through the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). The meals must meet CACFP nutrition guidelines for our children and infants. USDA is an equal opportunity provider and employer.

 

Our on-site cook prepares delicious, nutritious, homemade meals each day using the freshest fruits and vegetables, and pays special attention to special dietary requirements. All formula, infant cereal and baby food is provided for our infants.

 

Bee Balm Learning Center uses non-toxic, environmentally safe cleaners at all times.
