Retirement Plan

For employees 18 and over working 30+ hours per week, we match up to 3% of a Simple IRA Plan after 500 hours.

Paid Wellness Days

All employees are eligible for two paid wellness days per calendar year.

Paid Holidays

All employees are eligible for 14 paid holidays, which includes the week between Christmas and New Year's  and a floating holiday for your birthday! 

Paid Time Off (PTO) and Unpaid Time Off (UTO)

Employees are provided PTO: 40 hours during year 1+, 100 hours during year 2+, 160 hours year 3+. Employees are provided 10 UTO hours to use beyond their PTO. 

Paid Maternity and Paternity Leave

Employees are eligible for parental leave after one year of employment. We give 6 weeks additional PTO for Parental Leave.

Paid Volunteer Time Off

Each calendar year employees can take up to 8 hours of paid time off to volunteer in the community. 

Paid In Service Days

Four times per year an in-service day will be held where we work on our environments together or enjoy professional development training. Employees are paid for hours worked. 

Continuing Education Stipend

Each calendar year employees are given up to $200 towards their continuing education.
